Linda, this contest has been great. I’m cheating a bit, using stretching as an exercise, but I’ve really tried to make it be exercise. When I return from my walks, I put on a fitness-stretching tape (40mins) designed to help you increase your muscle flexibility, and best done when those muscles are HOT!

So, not only am I feeling better after 4 months of Phitter and 2 Phitness Contests, but I am getting more flexible! Maybe at the end of this year, I’ll feel like a 25year old again (hey – I can dream, can’t I?).

Just want to say THANKS again for taking such good care of us, AND keeping our motivation high!

Stretching is definitely exercise Lee! People do it to help lose weight! Good job & keep it up!

Thanks Linda!! This is the kick in the pants that I’ve needed! I had TWO people tell me on Saturday that I look like I’ve lost weight (I’m avoiding the evil scale, though)!!!
